PRICES
The prices guaranteed to you are those displayed on the website when you place your order. However, they are subject to change without notice in the event of specific conditions related to economic circumstances, duties and taxes, a change in labor or raw material cost, your specific requirements etc. All prices are indicated in Euros and do not include delivery, which will be automatically calculated and indicated in your order form (shopping bag). All prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt. . Custom clearance, the payment of duties and other taxes are at your own expense.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
1. Your shopping bag is your order form.
2. If you choose to place an order, you will have to enter all the information required for invoicing and delivery of the products. You are responsible for the information you provide. In the event of a mistake in the delivery address, the website and Tabita & Friends company shall not be held responsible for failing to deliver the item(s).
3. After confirming your details, you will choose a method of payment. Your order will be automatically confirmed and will constitute an irrevocable commitment to purchase, only called into question in the limited number of cases set forth in the present conditions (cf. Cancellation clause).
All orders are considered final and can only be cancelled with the consent of Tabita & Friends, subject to conditions that will compensate them with any damage incurred by this cancellation.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
At each stage of the processing of your order (confirmation, possible availability change, dispatch) an email will automatically sent to you provided there is no mistake in the electronic address you entered in the registration form. PAMPLMOUSSE.COM and Tabita & Friends company reserve the possibility of declining to confirm an order for a specific reason (a problem related to the received order or a problem of supply of the items). They have 5 working days to inform you that it cannot deliver the order and ask you to bring changes to your order or cancel it.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is due when the order is placed. It can be made: - By bank card or wire transfer. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We advise you to choose this method of payment because it is the easiest, fastest and highly secured. Your order will only be dispatched upon receipt and validation of your payment. Should you choose wire transfer also known as Direct Deposit, the wire transfer must be made from your account to PAMPLMOUSE account, whose banking details will be indicated on your order form. For wire transfers made from abroad, whether in Euros or in another currency, all banking fees will be at your own expense. By Pay pal, You will need to have a Pay pal account.
On Pamplmousse.com website, after confirming their shopping bag, customers will have to choose Pay Pal payment option, then enter their email address, password, amount and currency. Pay pal is an intermediary between the buyer and PAMPLMOUSSE, and credit operations are almost instantaneous in Pay Pal accounts. Customers never provide PAMPLMOUSSE or a third party with their banking details. Orders are dealt upon receipt of payment, which is deemed to be irrevocable, cash, net and not subject to discount. Any delay, incident or absence of payment will incur interest penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate - South African Law.

GEOGRAPHIC ZONES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We will deliver your items anywhere you wish. If you wish to have them delivered to a friend, a neighbor, your workplace, etc., simply indicate it when you place your order. PAMPLMOUSSE.COM has chosen the following delivery options for the delivery of your orders: - UPS and BPOST. Delivery is carried out when the product arrives at the correct destination with a signature indicating reception of the package by the designated recipient. It is advised to verify the state of the package before signing. In case of damage caused by delivery, please notify the transporter within 24 hours of delivery.
In the case of a delay in the delivery, you must contact in the first place the carrier or its distributor (for the post office) to check with them if they do not hold your parcel. If necessary, you must contact PAMPLMOUSSE Customer Service by email info [at] pamplmousse [dot] com in order to lodge a claim or request an enquiry to track your parcel. Time limit accidence cannot lead to any compensation for damage, to any discount or to the cancellation of the current order in the event of total or partial strikes, whether internal of external to the company, transport or supply blockade, governmental or legal restrictions etc. Neither shall PAMPLMOUSSE.COM website be held responsible if your parcel is held up at a border due to rules and regulations or any other event.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE AND RETURNS
You have a three clear day limit to exercise your right of cancellation without having to give any reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs. The time limit above-mentioned runs from the day you receive the goods or accept our service-provision offer. Returns can be ONLY be carried out by going to the refund page than complete the refunds request form. You have less than 5 working days to send back the articles at your expense in their original packaging. At any time, you may choose to get a refund (except for delivery costs) by wire transfer in Euros (banking fees for wire transfers from abroad will be at your own expense). Items refunds or credits will not be granted until our Customer Service verifies the quantity and quality of the items returned. The items should not have been worn nor used. The claim of cancellation applies without penalties, except for return costs.

ITEMS DON'T FIT?
We do provide excellent communication on fit - however, occasionally little ones are subject to growth spurts! We will make it right - please email us with your concerns. Return your items within 5 days in original condition (tags attached) in appropriate packaging. Let us know what size you would like. Within 24 hours, we will begin to process your new items. Please not that we have no control over return shipping times or damage during shipment.
